Homefire is based on proven models of success to identify and to respond to high risk individuals with coordination of community resources.
Our team will work with Nation leadership, department heads, staff, Elders and community members to create equitable pathways for service delivery.

Community Situation (HUB) tables have been successful in assisting at-risk individuals and families. They have been introduced with a high degree of success across Canada. Our team will assist your community in setting up its own Community Situation (HUB) tables.
The Homefire team will assist nations and Indigenous organizations to pursue core and proposal based funding for their Community HUB tables from federal, provincial and private foundation sources.
We are experienced in funding proposal development and relationship building in community health and human services.
Our team is experienced with First Nations governance, engagement with federal and provincial ministries and will work with Nation leadership to adapt the Homefire model to meet their community needs.
Substance abuse and trauma often are a core issue for at-risk individuals and families. This is why it is important to connect individuals to evidence based person centred care.
